Fresh fruits, aren’t they yummy?

To encourage my children to eat healthy food, I give them fresh fruits and vegetables. I am happy to say that my son loves to eat steamed broccoli and cauliflower as well as spinach, beans, carrots, peas and Brussels sprouts. I do not eat all these myself, I don’t like the Brussels sprouts for example. My 17-month old girl loves the steamed carrot sticks and rice, mashed potatoes and mashed broccoli.

My son also loves to eat Clementine, seedless grapes, banana, mango and strawberries.

Like all parents, I want my kids to eat good food. I have to apply drastic measures for this like not buying chocolates, ice cream, crisps, candies and the lot. Things that are too much for the teeth and the body to risk it.
